No. Flake is built for sauna owners, not developers. We set everything up for you – website, booking and admin panel – and training usually takes less than an hour. After that you manage everything yourself from a simple dashboard.

If you have a domain and your sauna ready, you can be up and running within an hour. What typically takes time is approval from Nets Easy, which can take a few days. We set up everything else for you in the meantime.

We have a no-obligation conversation of about 30 minutes where we go through your sauna and your needs. Then we figure out whether it is a match and make a plan. There is no obligation to get started.

Absolutely. You can keep or build your own website and only use Flake for the booking part (e.g. booking.your-domain.com). Get in touch and we will help you set it up so everything works seamlessly together.

Flake costs 3% of your revenue, with a minimum price of NOK 399 per month. There is no setup fee and no lock-in period. If you earn NOK 20,000 in a month, for example, you pay NOK 600.

We integrate directly with every provider to keep your costs as low as possible. So there are no extra fees beyond what the providers charge for their services.

We do not charge extra for integrations – they are included in the Flake subscription. There may, however, be costs for equipment from the supplier of your locks and heaters. These costs are outside Flake and depend on which solutions you choose to use.

No. You only pay 3% of your revenue to Flake. In addition you will have your own agreements with the payment provider (Nets Easy) and, if applicable, the supplier of door control and sensors – these costs are outside Flake and depend on the solutions you choose.

We have an SMS notification add-on for customers who want it, which costs NOK 89 per month + NOK 1 per SMS. The system is under continuous development and new features may arrive as add-ons in the future, which you enable according to your wishes and needs.

No lock-in period. You can cancel whenever you want. We believe the product should sell itself, and we do not want to lock you in.

You are invoiced monthly in arrears, based on the revenue for the period. The money from your customers goes directly to your account – we invoice our share afterwards.

Yes, that is the whole point. Customers book and pay online, get an automatic confirmation and access to the sauna – without you having to do anything. You see all bookings in your dashboard.

Yes. Customers can pay with Vipps, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We support most common payment methods, including foreign cards.

Yes. You can sell gift cards, punch cards and memberships directly on your website. Everything is managed from the dashboard.

Yes. You can have as many saunas as you like, each with its own prices, opening hours and automation settings.

Should technical problems occur, we work quickly to resolve them. Third-party integrations such as payment providers and lock systems can also experience downtime and errors – in such cases we will notify you and guide you as far as possible.

Flake is a cloud solution and is always available – there is nothing to install or set up on your end. Physical equipment such as smart locks and heater controllers is installed by you or an electrician – we guide you through the process of connecting it all together.

Yes. Every customer gets a complete website with integrated booking and content editing – all on your own domain. You manage the content yourself and need no technical knowledge to update it.

Flake aims to be an invisible partner throughout the whole experience for your customers. It is your brand that is shown – with your name and your logo. We only have a small "Powered by Flake" in the footer of the websites we deliver.

Yes. The website is built with SEO in mind, which helps you show up in Google searches for your location and your services.
